BOY..BOY..BOYS...

Interesting things when you have sons, like:-

1. A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 200 m2 house to a depth of 10 cm.

2. If you spray hair spray on dust balls and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite.

3. A 3-year old Boy's voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant.

4. If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor is not strong enough to rotate a 20 Kg boy wearing Batman underwear and a Superman cape. It is strong enough, however, if tied to a paint can, to spread paint on all four walls of a 6m x 6m room.

5. You should not throw cricket balls up when the ceiling fan is on. When using a ceiling fan as a bat, you have to throw the ball up a few times before you get a hit. A ceiling fan can hit a cricket ball a long way.

6. The glass in windows (even double-glazed) doesn't stop a cricket ball hit by a ceiling fan.

7. When you hear the toilet flush and the words 'uh oh', it's already too late.

8. Brake fluid mixed with bleach makes smoke, and lots of it.

9. A six-year old Boy can start a fire with a flint rock even though a 36-year old Man says they can only do it in the movies,

10. Certain Lego's will pass through the digestive tract of a 4- year old Boy.

11. Play dough and microwave should not be used in the same sentence.

12. Super glue is forever.

13. No matter how many jelly crystals you put in a swimming pool you still can't walk on water.

14. Pool filters do not like jelly crystals.

15. VCR's do not eject 'BL&T' sandwiches even though TV commercials show they do.

16. Garbage bags do not make good parachutes.

17. Marbles in petrol tanks make lots of noise when driving.

18. You probably DO NOT want to know what that smell is.

19. Always look in the oven before you turn it on; plastic toys do not like ovens.

20. The fire department in Brisbane, Qld, has a 5-minute response time.

21. The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earthworms dizzy.

22. It will, however, make cats dizzy.

23. Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy.

80% of Women will pass this on to almost all of their friends, with or without kids.

80% of Men who read this will try mixing the bleach and brake fluid.

Memoirs...of the wedding

So bored...this is when you will let the mind wander to the memory lane..today it went as far as my wedding days...still feels that i just got married...can still remember the crowd..the beautiful deco's..my brothers running everywhere..the pre wed party..after wed party...(most guys need just a reason to party)..my lovely wife..my parents..how happy they were..the show at the wed...the antiques that i did..luved my flower gals...my police escort..the fireworks..my beautiful self made(actually my tambi and his good fren created it) wedding card..(which has now became a sensational trend..thanks to both of them)...but there's one thing which still lurks around me..the poem on my wed card..dedicated to my lovely wife....

In my sky at twilight you are like a cloud ...
and your form and colours are the way I love them....

You are mine..mine..woman with sweet lips..
and in your life my infinite dreams live.......

Rabindranath Tagore

It still rhymes in this mind.....

The pig and H1N1..saga....

A bear, a lion and a pig meet.

Bear says:

"if I roar in the forest, the entire forest is shivering with fear."

Lion says:

"if I roar in the jungle, the entire jungle is afraid of me."

Pig says:

"big deal.... I only have to cough, and the entire planet lives in fear.

What a year..oh what a year...to sit down n to roll it back..to see how things were and were not...to see changes..to see growth...to see it all...time passes as it flies...a great person once said...time is finite...without ending..as the beginnings were...mankind have formulated time in mathematical equation as time t=t-1000 but then the answer for t= t0..the beginning only one knows..
Time was much in my mind today...Irealized today how old my dad is..i realized how fast i grew up...i realised hows things are catching up with me now..time is priceless for a man of my stature..time with my dad..mum..family..esp my wife n son..is some sacrifice i've taken....i don't know whether it's worth the effort...
Face it man..u r no longer young and childish..but neither am i that old...

so let live a full meaning fulllife than...maygos bless us all

Saying a little prayer now.....

Dear Lord,

Every single evening
As I'm lying here in bed,
This tiny little Prayer
Keeps running through my head:

God bless all my family
Wherever they may be,
Keep them warm
And safe from harm
For they're so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing
I wish that you could do;
Hope you don't mind me asking,
Please bless my computer too.

Now I know that it's unusual
To Bless a motherboard,
But listen just a second
While I explain it to you, Lord .

You see, that little metal box
Holds more than odds and ends;
Inside those small compartments
Rest so many of my friends.

I know so much about them
By the kindness that they give,
And this little scrap of metal
Takes me in to where they live.

By faith is how I know them
Much the same as you.
We share in what life brings us
And from that our friendships grew.

Please take an extra minute
From your duties up above,
To bless those in my address book
That's filled with so much love.

Wherever else this prayer may reach
To each and every friend,
Bless each e-mail inbox
And each person who reads them.

When you update your Heavenly list
On your own Great CD-ROM,
Bless everyone who says this prayer
Sent up to GOD. Com

Amen

Hey...U've got a twisted mind...bet ya...

There was a Chinese lady married to an English gentleman and they lived in London. The poor lady was not very proficient in English, but managed somehow to communicate with her husband. The real problem arose whenever she had to shop for groceries.
One day, she went to the butcher and wanted to buy pork legs. She didn't know how to put forward her request, and in desperation, lifted up her skirt to show her thighs. The butcher got the message and the lady went home with pork legs.
The next day, she needed to get chicken breasts. Again, she didn't know how to say, and so she unbuttoned her blouse to show the butcher her breast. The lady got what she wanted.
The third day, the poor lady needed to buy sausages. She brought her husband to the store..... so what did she do?

Any arguments more.....

One of the best jokes i've ever had....
No hard feelings though....

*****************************************************************************************

An ingenious example of speech and politics occurred recently in the United Nations Assembly that made the world community smile.

A representative from India began:

'Before beginning my talk I want to tell you something about Rishi Kashyap of Kashmir, after whom Kashmir is named.

When he struck a rock and it brought forth water, he thought, 'What a good opportunity to have a bath.'

He removed his clothes, put them aside on the rock and entered the water.

When he got out and wanted to dress, his clothes had vanished. A Pakistani had stolen them.'

The Pakistani representative jumped up furiously and shouted,

'What are you talking about? The Pakistanis weren't there then.'

The Indian representative smiled and said, 'And now that we have made that clear, I will begin my speech.'

And they say Kashmir belongs to them ……………………………………?? :)

A story of cocks...

The priest in a small Irish village loved the rooster

and ten hens

he kept in the hen house behind the church.

One Sunday morning, before mass,

he went to feed the birds and discovered that the cock was missing.

He knew about cock fights in the village,

so he questioned his parishioners in church.

During mass, he asked the congregation,

'Has anybody got a cock?'

All the men stood up.

'No, no,'

he said,

'that wasn't what I meant.

Has anybody seen a cock?'

All the women stood up.

'No, no,'

he said,

'that wasn't what I meant.

Has anybody seen a cock that doesn't belong to them?'

Half the women stood up.

'No, no,'

he said,

'that wasn't what I meant.

Has anybody seen

MY
cock?
'

Sixteen altar boys, two priests and a goat stood up.

The priest fainted.

Little Mohamed entered his classroom in France.

What is your name? asked the teacher.
Mohammad.... answered the kid.
Here we are in France, there is no Mohamed. From now on
your name will be
Jean-Francois, replied the teacher.

In the evening, Mohamed returned
home.

How was your day, Mohamed? asked his mother.

My name is not Mohamed,I am in France
and my name is Jean-Francois.
Ah, are you

ashamed of your name, are you trying to disown your
parents,
your heritage, your religion? Shame on you
..and she beat him.

Then she called the father and
he too beat him savagely.

The next
day Mohamed returned to school

When the teacher saw him with all the bruises she
asked:

What happened my little Jean-Francois.

Well Miss, just two hours after becoming French,
I
was attacked by two Arabs!

A happy day to begin...a sad day in finish...

What a day it has been....16 April 2009...

We had a charter inspection by Shell Corp. today and we did quite well if not excellent..All ended in high note except for some small hiccups...As the inspection has finish,it means now, I can proceed to my long awaited holiday with my family, for whom I've been away for the past 6 months..Miss my darling wife and my ever fast growing articulate son...Will be with them for a week before bringing them to Korea for two weeks...Hope it will be a fun, lovely trip...It's -3 deg C over there in Seoul..Hope could catch some snow though...

But then by early morning 16th,I received few text messages from my friends...A sad..really sad message...My friend..my ex-boss...my 'guru' in some matters...a well wisher of mine...a religious person himself...a dedicated father and husband to his family...a man whom I put ..with multiple side...Chief Engineer Ahmad Fizal Ani has passed away and lost in his battle against cancer which he has been fighting for the past 2 years...

My deepest thought and prayers for him and his family...

I am compiling a dedication for him and hope I can post it soon..Till then lay in peace my friend...

So, my this years resolution...

a) To go back home....(it has been nearly six months since i left home ,spending some good time with my wife and son..miss them..)

b) To take a nice vacation and get wasted...(lepaklah what else)

c) To quit one habit, that has been with me, for nearly 15 years....did not realize, it was that long..."Will try dear.."

d) To start finding some ways of making good income in homeland, working on own rather than working for someone else faraway from the family....

e) To bring my parents for a nice vacation...

f)To find a proper reliable maid for the family....

g) To get a professional body certification for my career projection...

h) To save more money............

The list will go on....Thus the only thing I'm going to do now is pray...n pray..n pray...
